[Production Example] Hose Bending Robot

Using a robot equipped with a mecha chuck! Proposing product uniformity through the use of a dedicated fixture with a clamp.

We would like to introduce a case where we developed a "hose bending robot" that bends a resin hose after heating it and following a mold. The customer faced challenges as they were bending hoses manually, resulting in inconsistent product quality. Additionally, the hoses needed to be heated to 200°C to make bending easier, but this was difficult to achieve by hand. In response, we developed this product.
